This Home Body Podcast
Welcome Home. This Home Body Podcast is much more than quick health hacks and endless information.
It's a place to slow down. To think more deeply. To train your brain to enjoy long-form conversations again. A place to step away from the noise, the endless scroll, and the pressure to optimize every aspect of your life.
It's for women who are ready to simplify health, reclaim their energy, and build lives rooted in presence instead of pressure.
Together, we'll explore women's health, hormones, circadian biology, nourishment, movement, nervous system regulation, motherhood, work, purpose, stewardship, and how the ordinary moments of life become acts of devotion.
Whether you're rebuilding your health, navigating a new season of life, questioning the way we've been taught to live and work, or simply longing for a slower, more sustainable way of living, you're in the right place.
My hope is that every episode leaves you feeling a little more grounded, a little more hopeful, and a little more connected to your body, your values, and the life you're here to live.
Meet Your Host
Hi, I'm Lisa.
With certifications in nutrition, permanent weight loss, hormone health, applied quantum biology, and behavior change, I'm a speaker, educator, writer, mother, and lifelong student devoted to helping women come home to themselves.
I founded This Home Body to simplify health into something practical, sustainable, and deeply life-giving, especially for mothers. I believe caring for our bodies should support the life we're building, not compete with it.
Before founding This Home Body, I co-founded The Green Door Life, where I spent eight years helping build a leading online nutrition coaching company where I had the privilege of coaching thousands of men and women, helping them simplify health in a way that feels sustainable, life-giving, and deeply aligned with the life they want to live.
Today, my work has evolved far beyond nutrition alone. I believe health creates the capacity for everything else.
When we feel well in our bodies, we have more energy to love our families, pursue meaningful work, strengthen our relationships, contribute to our communities, and fully participate in the lives we've been given.
Health isn't the destination. It's what makes everything else possible.
I'm so grateful you're here.
